- this is a temp location for FLCSFileSrv01 to upload its FLCS-Elemental data, and FLIFileSrv01 to upload its intended FLI-Elemental data
- this uploaded data can then be manually copied to the intended destination directories
- once we have tested and veried our file sync behavior we should be able remove this directory and sync data directly to the intended destination directories
